Refund Policy

7-day refund if a defect is found in the supplied device

Overview

The Digital Hub offers a 7-day refund window from the date of delivery / in-store purchase when a defect is verified in the device we supplied. The refund is provided only after our service team has inspected the device and confirmed the fault as eligible under this policy.

When You Are Eligible For a Refund

  • The device has a manufacturing defect or a pre-existing fault not disclosed at the time of sale.
  • The defect is reported in writing (WhatsApp / email) within 7 days of delivery.
  • A replacement with the same model is not available, OR you do not wish to exchange.
  • The device is returned in the original condition with all accessories and the original invoice.

When You Are NOT Eligible For a Refund

  • The defect is caused by physical or liquid damage post-delivery.
  • The device shows signs of unauthorised opening or repair.
  • The request is raised after the 7-day window.
  • The product condition was clearly disclosed (e.g. "battery health 78%") and the buyer accepted it before purchase.
  • Accessories that have been opened / used.

How the Refund is Processed

  1. Raise the refund request within 7 days at +91-8980-700-700 or customercare@thedigihub.in.
  2. Share invoice number, IMEI/serial, and proof of the defect.
  3. We arrange pickup or invite you to the nearest store for inspection.
  4. Inspection is completed within 5 working days.
  5. Once approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days:
    • UPI / Card / Net-banking: 5-7 working days (subject to bank processing).
    • EMI / Credit card EMI: bank refunds the entire principal; ongoing EMI is reversed by your card issuer in the next 1-2 billing cycles.
    • Cash payments at store: instant store credit or NEFT transfer.

Note: PayU Money / payment-gateway processing fees, if any deducted by the gateway, are non-refundable as they are not retained by The Digital Hub.

Governing Law

This refund policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
