These Terms govern your use of www.thedigihub.in and any service offered by The Digital Hub (Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India). By browsing, registering or placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies referenced here. These terms are an "electronic record" under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical signature.

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make a purchase. Minors may only browse the site under the supervision of a guardian.

• We sell new and certified pre-owned smartphones, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
• Each listing carries a brief description of condition (e.g. battery health, scratches, warranty).
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors at any time before dispatch. In rare cases of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only once we accept your order by dispatching the device. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion — for example, in the case of suspected fraud, address issues, or stock unavailability — and we will refund any amount paid.

• Payments are processed by PayU Money. We do not store your card / UPI credentials on our servers.
• EMI is available on select credit cards and ICICI Bank debit cards. EMI terms (tenure, interest, processing fee) are governed by your card-issuer.
• For cash purchases at the store, we accept cash up to the limit permitted under Section 269ST of the Income-Tax Act.

• You will not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.
• You will not scrape, mirror, or reproduce listings without our written permission.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any breach.

All content on this site — including the DIGIHUB logo, brand imagery, layout, product photography, copy and code — is owned by The Digital Hub or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Third-party brand names (Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for identification.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Digital Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the impacted order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, riot, government action, courier strikes, internet outages, or power failures.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat for resolution of any disputes.
